NO REFUNDS ON SERVICE BOOKINGS

There are no refunds given on services. None before or after or even where the service has not been conducted. The Tarot Witch ​reserves the right to reschedule services as often as required or necessary when it comes to our reader or other staff members ​being unwell. We are not obligated and is a matter of our discretion to show the same courtesies. We do however ask that you ​remain home if you are unwell and instead have your service via phone or zoom, where applicable. By purchasing or booking ​through our website you understand that we do not give refunds ever, under any circumstances when it comes to digital sale and ​service sales. All services are prepay to secure.

PRICING

We aim to be fair with all our pricing of stock, products, services and postage costs. Please keep in mind that postage doesn't just ​cost the fee that we all get charged. You must also factor in the actual packaging and envelope expenses and the time it takes.

You will be treated with the utmost respect.
  • If you choose to not disclose to The Tarot Witch , that you have a mental illness, which is your right to do so, she is legally ​permitted to refuse service – particularly if she feels it is putting you at further risk.
  • Mental Health Illness is not an excuse or reason for your service to be declined but in the case, simply put, that you might not ​cope with information coming through or are showing to not cope (getting angry, violent, rude, delusional, confused), it might ​be best to reschedule or conclude your service.
  • ​​Our decision making is based purely on what is best for you. So for example if spirit suggested a reading may do more damage ​than good, we do need to act on that to protect you.
  • ​​An example for a better understanding, where a client might not be a good fit for a reading service, is a client who can not ​remember anything said or remembers it very differently can be cause for concern. A client who may not be able to control ​their temper or a client who may fixate heavily and negatively on information that comes through, when it reality, it was ​nothing to worry about.
  • ​​If The Tarot Witch picks up or spirit tells her you have a mental illness or that we won’t be a good fit for ANY reason, she can ​and will, reserve the right to refuse service. In the case, The Tarot Witch refuses service because she does not feel you will both ​be a good fit, regardless of mental state, she can choose to refund your money but does not have to – particularly if ​consultation, booking and or service has already been entered into.
  • ​​If you have serious health problems requiring the assessment and treatment of a licensed medical doctor, it is likely we will ​refer you to the relevant services, regardless of what is said during a reading or service from Spirit. We do not profess to be a ​lawyer, doctor or any other professional licensed practitioner but do have an obligation to express concerns and referrals to ​professionals in those fields.
  • The Tarot Witch has been known to help people become happier in their lives, after experiencing suicidal thoughts, however if ​you tell her during a reading that you have active suicidal thoughts, you should be aware, that The Tarot Witch is obliged to ​contact the relevant health/emergency services, regardless of insight given.
  • ​​If you come to the reading very sceptical and closed off to the possibilities of the reading being accurate or working with The ​Tarot Witch , if you are coming to test me, spy on how The Tarot Witch works, or come with any bad intention, spiritual or ​otherwise, then it is likely we won’t be a good match, although The Tarot Witch has been known to turn many a sceptic around. ​In this regard, The Tarot Witch can and will have the right to refuse service.
  • The Tarot Witch also has the right to refuse service to any person that she has a bad feeling about or feels is wasting her time ​and energy with.
  • You also understand that The Tarot Witch has the right to cancel any class or service and does not have to expose herself to ​threats, harm, uncomfortable situation or otherwise.

Authorities can include the Police and Magistrates Court, WA.

If you sign ​up from my newsletter, you’ll get a minimum of one (1) email per week or fortnight for new blogs and then perhaps 1-2 others ​during the month when new events are released. That’s the absolute most. I do not share your information EVER.
  • ​​Reserved Rights: While we don’t have any plans in place, we do reserve the right to change the focus of my website or any of it’s ​pages, shut it totally down and quit or change the terms of use at any time (making it paid to view, for example), or we may ​change hands, business names and that you are aware you need to check in on the website and it’s terms and conditions from ​time to time. We can do whatever we want, need to, whenever we please, without letting you know ie for example we recently ​change the Perth in store access to a "By Appointment Only".

  • You understand that by making untrue statements ie something didn’t come into fruition and The Tarot Witch definitely said it ​was going to, but the actual reading suggests otherwise, your reading is now null and void of confidentiality for the purpose of ​taking you in front of a Magistrate of the law of court in WA, Australia.
  • ​​Also, readings are not confidential in the case where documents are requested by law or that you violate our contracts ​including NDA's ie leave negative reviews.
  • ​​Privacy / Confidentiality of Service Content: Your service content is private, however you understand that your service content ​may be used as examples to other clients in an anonymous way ie we will never mention your name or reveal details that ​could identify you or your situation.
  • You also understand that we may use your service content in books, blogs, podcasts or otherwise but that you will remain ​anonymous.
  • You also understand that if your service content privacy becomes null and void in the case information is required by law.
  • ​​Other items worth noting: You must arrive on time. If you are late, you only receive the portion of the booking that remains for ​the same cost - not discounted, if you were to have purchased the entire reading in 1 hit.
  • We can not unfortunately go over time if another client is waiting to come into their service and we will not go over time for ​free.
  • You can not go over time, unless there is time to do so and you will be charged accordingly to going over that booking time.
  • WE HAVE A VERY STRICT BOOKING POLICY - All Bookings are FINAL> we do not cancel and we do not reschedule. The only ​option or chance for reschedules, is if Luan is unwell. There are no exceptions to these rules.
  • If you are genuinely unwell and your booking pertains to a reading, you can have your reading as a video, phone, live typed ​chat or email reading.
  • Under no circumstances do we allow rescheduling. If you can not make your booking or have a contagious illness, you will not ​receive a refund or rescheduling and a contagious illness will mean you have an obligation to not attend your service.
  • Any agreeance of a possible rescheduling, due to your "contagious illness" is at the discretion of the owner but comes with the ​following clause "We will only allow 2 rebooking attempts. If for some reason we continue to not match up (where you have ​also declined offers of booking times) or come to a compromise, your service booking is null and void (without refund) and you ​will need to purchase another booking." This is applicable to all bookings, even where the booking or purchase was a gift.
  • ​​CONTRACT: You agree to the terms and conditions, contracts, non-disclosure's when you make a booking with us. IMPORTANT ​CONTRACT NOTICE: All booking clients will receive an email contract, that they must sign prior to their appointment. Failure to ​do so, may lead to refusal of service.
  • RECORDINGS ARE NO LONGER PERMITTED BY THE CLIENTS: IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT RECORDING READINGS *RECORDINGS: ​Recording (video or audio) a Reading Service is a privilege not a right. The Tarot Witch will record all readings and if she permits ​you to have a copy for $99 you will be sent a payment link and the audio usually within 24-72hrs.​

Returns Policy

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with an item (must have legitimate reason and photographic evidence), you can return it for a full ​refund/store credit. The item must be returned to us, at your expense, within ten days of receipt and in excellent saleable ​condition with all packaging material, brochures and instruction materials etc included. If the item is damaged in transit back to us ​because of poor repacking, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Please see our shipping policy.

GOODS AND INVOICES MUST BE CHECKED ON ARRIVAL. ALL DISCREPANCIES, INCORRECT OR DAMAGED GOODS MUST BE ​NOTIFIED TO US WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT, OTHERWISE CLAIMS WILL NOT BE RECOGNISED. For faulty items, we will replace or ​repair the item where feasible, or we will refund all or part of the purchase amount. Please email us at ​thetarotwitchofficial@gmail.com within the 3-day time limit with details of the faulty item/s as follows and include photos if ​possible.

Damaged items will then need to be returned to us, however, goods for return will not be accepted without prior arrangement and ​authorisation by a representative. All freight charges for returning items will be the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise ​agreed by us.

If we accept responsibility for return freight costs, those costs must be reasonable and not excessive – it is up to you to repack the ​goods with adequate padding in a properly sized box for the goods and not an oversized box. Australia Post and Couriers charge ​per cubic measurement and not necessarily dead weight. Please contact us if you have any queries about repacking goods.

Never send an item back before contacting us first and agreeing on a remedy. We may be able to come up with an alternative ​solution that will save you from having to return the item.

We take no responsibility for damages and losses that occur during shipping. That means, if something does arrive broken due to ​poor transit conditions, we do not take responsibility.

Please do not damage the packaging and always send back the item in its original packaging unused, undamaged and unmarked ​otherwise we may charge a repacking fee.

We do not guarantee that the products you receive will be exactly the same as those displayed in the photos on this website. Slight ​differences between the product and the website photos that don’t affect the functionality of the product are not grounds for a ​refund. Manufacturers sometimes make slight changes to products without letting us know, making it difficult for us to always ​have the website photos updated before the modified products go out. In addition, many of our products are handmade and ​variations are part of the character of the product and should not be considered a fault.

Returns will not be accepted on International Orders.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel an order at any time before shipment. Any such cancellations need to be received by us via email. If ​the order has not been dispatched we will immediately refund you if your payment has been processed, minus a 3% surcharge if ​paid via credit card transaction. However, please note that we generally ship out goods the same day the order is received, in ​which case cancellation of your order will not be possible.

It is possible to have longer delays dependent on those service providers. ​International postage times vary – please send an email and we will estimate delivery time for you. Out Of Stock Items

Whilst we make every effort to carry ample stock of all products at all times, it is sometimes impossible to predict demand which ​can at times lead to items being out of stock for a short period of time. Most items are usually on order from the distributor and ​stocks are generally replenished regularly. In these circumstances, we will endeavour to dispatch your order within three days ​from the date of purchase. However, if we are out of stock of an item for longer than this and payment has been made we will ​generate a credit to your account or a refund can be requested.


Occasionally, we may have items “in stock” but on processing your orders, realise there is no stock available. You may be offered a ​refund, a delay in that item being shipped to you. Whatever the case, we will contact you.

We do not refund or return on goods where you change your mind or intimate goods. There must be a legitimate reason for us to ​accept a return or refund re: faulty goods upon arrival.

Booking Policy

You must arrive on time. If you are late, you only receive the portion of the booking that remains for the same cost - not ​discounted, if you were to have purchased the entire reading in 1 hit.

You can not go over time, unless there is time to do so and you will be charged accordingly to going over that booking time.

WE HAVE A VERY STRICT BOOKING POLICY - All Bookings are FINAL> we do not cancel and we do not reschedule. The only option ​or chance for reschedules, is if The Tarot Witch or a staff member is unwell. There are no exceptions to these rules.

If you are genuinely unwell and your booking pertains to a reading, you can have your reading as a video, phone, live typed chat or ​email reading.

Under no circumstances do we allow rescheduling. If you can not make your booking or have a contagious illness, you will not ​receive a refund or rescheduling and a contagious illness will mean you have an obligation to not attend your service.

Any agreeance of a possible rescheduling, due to your "contagious illness" is at the discretion of the owner but comes with the ​following clause "We will only allow 2 rebooking attempts. If for some reason we continue to not match up (where you have also ​declined offers of booking times) or come to a compromise, your service booking is null and void (without refund) and you will ​need to purchase another booking." This is applicable to all bookings, even where the booking or purchase was a gift.


If you are abusive or aggressive your appointment will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund. We have a right to protect ​our income and that of any staff.

We also have a right to protect the safety of our staff.

CONTRACT

You agree to the terms and conditions, contracts, non-disclosure's when you make a booking with us. IMPORTANT CONTRACT ​NOTICE: All booking clients will receive an email contract, that they must sign prior to their appointment. Failure to do so, ​may lead to refusal of service.


Payments, Refunds & Rescheduling.

With it in mind, we are a professional business who are also responsible for employees, when you do not show up for an ​appointment, it costs us potentially a lot more than you have paid. So for example, if you book a 20min shop viewing and don't ​show up, we've just potentially lost up to $190 for an hrly fee and the expense of staff fees.

As stated throughout the website and booking system, we choose to protect our business, it's expenses and our staff wages by ​requesting prepayments that are non refundable and non-deductible from goods or services in a future booking.


SERVICE PAYMENTS

RE: Virtual and in Person Personalised Shopper Services, Mentoring, Readings, Healings, Beauty Services, Tattoos etc. All payments ​are made through the website, paypal, credit cards & square payment facilities and bank deposits. When required, you can also ​pay via card over the phone. We also accept personal processing on your behalf.


PAYMENTS

Payments are due prior to your appointment. Payments should be made via the website yourself or over the phone. In the ​instance you request or require an invoice payment you must pay this ASAP and prior to your appointment. We may also charge a ​handling fee, where you do not want to make the booking yourself online.

If you fail to pay this invoice, regardless of whether you turn up to your appointment or not, you will be still required to pay this ​invoice, because we do not accept cancelations.


REFUNDS

Digital downloads: No returns on the digital sales of music, recorded meditations, classes or other e-products once the transaction ​has been completed. This is due to the nature of the product and the immediate use capabilities of it.


Refund Policies

Classes, Digital Goods and e-Courses: All payments for class tuition, downloadable meditations, e-books and courses are 100% ​non-refundable once paid.

Goods purchased online and in person have the same

Private service sessions (if applicable): Non-refundable once paid. Occasionally transferable to another date or person. Payment in ​full due before work is completed.


This is different than standard western professional work (therapy visits, chiropractic), which is paid after session is complete, as ​these services are often protected by lawful collection efforts. Intuitive work is generally not covered this way, so payment is due in ​full prior.

This also protects me from people cancelling, no shows or occasionally attempting to reschedule to suit themselves with no real ​genuine reason.


We do not reschedule appointments or accept cancellations. Reschedules are applicable in the case that staff becomes ill and can ​not service you.


RESCHEDULING

Once payment is made for booking a session (readings and healings of a non event nature), fees are 100% non-refundable, and ​unfortunately with a rise of people unnecessarily taking up my time with reschedules and cancellations, no shows etc, I no longer ​offer complimentary reschedules. This includes shop viewings.


To reschedule your session in the case of a personal or family emergency ONLY, simply send an email to ​thetarotwitchofficial@gmail.com or text 0455755285 and we will decide if you fit the reschedule criteria.


All sessions must begin promptly & on time. If you are late, an extension of time beyond the allotted time slot, is not available. So if ​you are 45 minutes late to an hour session, we are only obligated to only give you a 15 minute reading and no more, even at a later ​date (meaning you can not reschedule time left to another date and time, by being late you forfeited that time).


Technology & Rescheduling

In the case that technology is a part of your service and the internet, power or phone etc is randomly not working (technical issues) ​at our end, reschedules are permitted of course.


Rescheduling for use of Gifts and or Gift Vouchers

Out of courtesy for the purchaser of gifts, recipients will get one chance ONLY to reschedule. In the case, you miss or attempt to ​reschedule a 2nd time, that is on you! There are no refunds or changes to these purchases and I am obligated to let the purchaser ​know the details surrounding 2 missed appointments. Again, we do not refund monies.

​You also understand that we have the right to cancel any class or service and does not have to expose herself to threats, harm, ​uncomfortable situation or otherwise.


We can cancel with little notice and without refund to you, particularly in the case that you have made the situation uncomfortable ​and therefore made it impossible to follow through with a service or class.


SICKNESS!!! We have clients and staff members with extreme medical issues and diseases - please think of them when you become ​ill. A mild flu or mild COVID case for you, could be a matter of life and death for someone else.

And for this reason, we ask that you please DO NOT come to appointments with colds, flus or any other seriously contagious ​disease. In this case, please contact us to discuss rescheduling possibility or having your service via video or phone or email, where ​relevant.


You must also understand when undertaking business and service with us, that we are only human too! This means we get sick ​too! We may experience technical issues. In these cases, we will do our utmost to make it up to you. Being aggressive or abusive ​because a staff member is off sick, is not ok.


All paid for and donated one-time services such as readings, mentoring sessions and related packages, must be fully redeemed ​within six months from the original transaction or both the session and the payment is forfeited.

In the case, you attempt to argue a refund or go to an authority, you are aware that these terms conditions, disclaimers were on ​this website and will be used to defend the case.

You also understand that The Tarot Witch has the right to cancel any class or service and does not have to expose herself to ​threats, harm, uncomfortable situation or otherwise.

EVENTS (Private and Commercial). No refunds or transfers to other event dates or credits are permitted. Payments and bookings ​are final, regardless of outcomes.

DEPOSITS TO HOLD EVENTS: There must be a 25% deposit made within 24hrs. The remaining fee must be made within 4-7days or ​as outlined on the invoice. This may vary however dependent on when your booking is – so please refer to your invoice.
